Ethiopia was founded on a simple belief: that remarkable coffee, honestly sourced and carefully roasted, needs nothing added to it.
We travel to origin every harvest season — to Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji, and Harrar — to taste, to listen, and to choose lots we'd be proud to put our name on. We work with the same cooperatives year after year, because trust is built slowly and worth protecting.
How We Roast
Every lot is roasted in small batches on a vintage drum roaster in our workshop. We roast to the coffee's character, not to a fixed profile — light where lightness serves the bean, medium-dark where depth is the point. Orders are roasted within 48 hours of purchase.
