Questions

Where do your coffees come from?

Every lot we carry is single-origin, sourced directly from smallholder farmer cooperatives in Ethiopia's four most celebrated coffee regions: Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji, and Harrar.

How fresh is my coffee when it arrives?

We roast to order in small batches. Your beans will be roasted within 48 hours of your order and shipped immediately — so you receive coffee at the peak of its flavour window.

What grind should I choose?

We recommend ordering whole bean and grinding just before brewing. If you'd prefer pre-ground, select your brewing method at checkout and we'll dial it in for you.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Choose any product and select 'Subscribe' at checkout for 10% off and automatic delivery every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Cancel or pause any time, no questions asked.

What is your shipping policy?

Standard shipping is €4.50 across the EU. Orders over €45 ship free. We dispatch within 48 hours of roasting; delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

Why Ethiopia?

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. Wild Coffea arabica still grows in its ancient forests, and the country's extraordinary altitude, soil, and biodiversity produce flavours found nowhere else on earth.

We work only with cooperatives who pay fair prices, invest in their communities, and farm with care for the land. Every bag you buy supports that — directly.
